Lifelong residents of Eastern North Carolina, E. Lynn Hudson, President of Hudson Brothers Construction, and Lee Ball, a well-established realtor in Greenville, NC, developed Tide Lines, LLC after owning and operating their own businesses for over thirty years. One of their previous, successful ventures includes the development of Bayview Townhomes, a picturesque, residential neighborhood on the Pamlico River near historic Bath, North Carolina.

Both Lynn and Lee are avid sportsmen and have a mutual appreciation for life on the coast. After admiring the former Morehead Sports Marina property for quite some time, Lee and Lynn quickly agreed that it would be the ideal place to develop Tide Lines for those who enjoy boating and the relaxed, easy-going lifestyle of the Crystal Coast.

This project is coordinated by Hudson Brothers Construction Company under the supervision of chief designer Gene Rackley, who has over 3 decades of experience in the design of commercial and residential construction. Sound Marine of Wilmington has been utilized for their extensive work in marina design and construction, including floating docks and boatlifts, shore power, and utilities for individual slips. Home site owners may choose the builder of their choice to construct their home.
