A private marina affords each household a fixed boat slip capable of accommodating up to a 52 foot boat plus an additional boat slip, each equipped with a lift.  Designed by Sound Marine, the docks will utilize a 6-foot wide floating main gangway with 4’ 6” wide finger piers. Each slip will include power, water, and cable along with access to a transient docking station. This area is complete with a fish cleaning station, temporary docking, and waste pump for yachts.
